Chuck Norris stars in this 1980s action thriller as small-town sheriff Dan Stevens. When a mentally ill man kills his family he is apprehended by Sheriff Stevens and his deputy Charlie (Stephen Furst), but a struggle ensues and the murderer, John Kirby (Brian Libby) is shot in the process. Dying from his injuries, he is taken to a facility that promises to save him by giving him a regenerating formula. Sheriff Stevens warns against this due to Kirby's mental illness, but when the doctors proceed to carry out their experiment Kirby is transformed into an unstoppable, indestructible killer who breaks free of the institute and embarks on a violent spree. Has the indomitable Sheriff Stevens finally met his match?
