Maxillary sinus disease is common & numerous disorders can affect this anatomical area. The radiographic anatomy of maxillary sinus and related structures are seen in Waters View, Sub Mento Vertex View and Caldwell View and more clear in 3D imaging technique especially Cone Beam Computed Tomography. Careful studies of these projections provide an excellent knowledge of the radiographic anatomy of maxillary sinus and its normal variants as well as different intrinsic & extrinsic pathologies involving it.
