"Die Aufnahmen von der Südtribüne des Westfalenstadions", sagt Coddou. "Die habe ich senkrecht von der Dachreling - die sie in Dortmund übrigens 'Catwalk' nennen - geschossen. Das war großartig, zugleich auch ein wenig beängstigend, weil ich nicht schwindelfrei bin. Und als die BVB-Fans unten auf der 'Süd' dann angefangen haben zu hüpfen, habe ich hoch oben zwischen Kabeln, Scheinwerfern und W-Lan-Routern fürchterlich mitgewackelt."§§Das Schwitzen hat sich mehr als gelohnt, und natürlich untertreibt Coddou wieder einmal maßlos. Denn "Heimat" ist weit mehr als nur der offenbarende Einblick ins Herz der Südtribüne. Tatsächlich ist Reinaldo Coddou H. mit diesem Bildband Einzigartiges gelungen: Nie ist jemand dem Phänomen Westfalenstadion näher gekommen als Coddou mit seinem Aufnahmen, die eine Arena in all ihren Facetten zeigt: leer, voll. Vor dem Spiel, danach. Von ganz tief drinnen und ganz weit weg. "Heimat" ist das beste Porträt eines ganz besonderen Stadions. Man fühlt sich "zu Hause im schönsten Stadion der Welt", wie das BVB-Ikone Nobert Dickel mal so treffend formuliert hat.
