The 7 full papers presented at CARE 2017 and the 10 full papers presented at CLIP 2017 were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions. The papers deal with interventional and diagnostic endoscopy integrating the latest advances in computer vision, robotics, medical imaging and information processing and the development and evaluation of new translational image-based techniques in the modern hospital.
