WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS

Randall Norman DeSoto is an award-winning screenwriter, a journalist, and a U.S. Army veteran. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he studied political science and history. He holds a juris doctorate from Regent University School of Law.
