The quality of management and construction of the training process is a pressing problem. The process of improvement and efficiency of training has the goal of performing complex preparatory processes that optimize the acting indicators in the temporal phase to achieve success in the competitive phase. The basis for the development of all methodological material was the analysis of experimental studies, mathematical modeling and analysis of the implementation of their results in the training of young athletes volleyball players at all stages of sports selection.
