Harry wakes with no memory of where he is.

He cannot remember how he arrived, how long he has been there, or what happened before he opened his eyes. All he knows is that something is wrong. His memories feel incomplete, as though pieces of his life have been removed and replaced with something his mind cannot recognize.

Harry is stranded in Thorpe Heat, a remote village in South Washington, where the silence is unnatural and the people seem to know more about him than they should. Then strange fragments begin forcing their way back into his mind: a temple, a blood-filled cauldron, a strange violet flame, and a warning he does not remember giving.

As Harry searches for answers, the nightmare becomes harder to separate from reality. People disappear. Memories change. The village hides an ancient secret, and the temple at its center is connected to something far older and more terrifying than Harry could have imagined.

Now Harry must uncover what happened before his memory was taken from him and learn why he was brought to Thorpe Heat. With the curse tightening its grip and his friends caught inside the same nightmare.
