The SHED Method is a framework for recognising the patterns you learned to survive, the roles you were conditioned into, and the ways those patterns continue to shape how you think, feel, and respond.

This is not surface-level self-help.

This is about understanding what happened beneath the surface, long before you had the language to question it.

Through four stages, you will be guided to:

• Recognise the survival patterns you developed
• Understand how your subconscious continues to operate
• Identify and integrate the parts of yourself you have had to suppress
• Begin detaching from old roles and rebuilding your sense of self
