The Legendary Secret

Riku Nakamura has spent his entire life living beneath the shadow of a Legend.

As the son of one of humanity's greatest warriors, people expect greatness from him before he has even had the chance to discover who he truly is. At eighteen, Riku finally leaves the safety of the Legendary Village with one goal: to build a life worth remembering under his own name.

But the world beyond his home is far stranger than he imagined.

After a disastrous beginning leaves him trapped inside a mysterious mountain, Riku meets Megumi Nanaya, a runaway with a painful past and an extraordinary power of her own. What begins as an unexpected partnership soon becomes a journey through hidden villages, dangerous creatures, forgotten histories, and places Riku never knew existed.

And beyond it all, the demons are moving.

An approaching war threatens to pull Riku and Megumi into a conflict far greater than either of them is prepared for. Dragons are fighting for their freedom. Ancient powers are resurfacing. Strange dreams begin guiding Riku toward something buried deep within history.

Something connected to the Legends.

Something someone may have tried to keep hidden.

Riku left home searching for purpose.

What he finds may change far more than his own life.

The Legendary Secret is the first book in a fantasy series filled with supernatural abilities, mystery, war, romance, hidden civilizations, powerful rivalries, and a centuries-old conflict between humans and demons.
