Montana, Late Summer 1899

Her family murdered and ranch burned to the ground, Allie Simms agrees to a new start with Deputy U.S. Marshal Ben Decker, whom she has long adored. One final mission and they will begin their new life together. He takes her up in the hills where she waits for him in a one-room cabin. She befriends an old miner, and the two look after each while Ben is gone.
