Dies wird durch Reduzierung ihrer Material- und Energieverluste um 20-40% erreicht.§Teil 1 ist für Umweltmanager relevant. Durch die Integration mit Reststoff-Controlling wird Umweltkostenrechnung auf eine neue Grundlage gestellt und zum wirksamen Treiber für Öko-Effizienz.§Teil 2 ist für Controller und Kostenmanager relevant. Er zeigt wie Reststoff-Controlling in allen üblichen betrieblichen Informationssystemen (SAP R/3 u. a. ) mit einfachen und erprobten Anpassungen realisiert werden kann. Im Anschluß wird die gezielte Anwendung zur verbesserten Steuerung von zentralen Geschäftsprozessen (F&E, Beschaffung, Produktion) beschrieben.
