Frontline work asks you to keep order while people are tired, angry, unwell, or waiting too long. A lot of that work barely shows. You get into position. You say one useful sentence early. You watch what your coworker cannot. The room keeps functioning. You pay for it.

Referee The Room gives frontline workers a shared way to do that job. It takes practices from sports officiating - preventative work, crew coverage, clear calls, and a proper restart - and applies them to your floor, your duties, and the people depending on you. It does not invent new rank. It works inside the chain of command you already have.

What it helps you do

• Catch trouble while it is still small, so fewer incidents need a long de-escalation.
• Take a handover you can use: what happened, what changed, and who has the next task.
• Get a safe view, name the conduct, and give one instruction people can follow.
