There has been considerable attention to those proteases derived from micro-organisms including plant products that has been given to screening for possible anti-viral, anti-diabetic activity etc. In addition, researchers focused on plant products especially leaves and flowers that have formed the the basis of traditional medicine systems and continued to play an essential role or showed its necessity for human health care.
