Im Hauptteil wird ein universales Repräsentationsmodell -- Conceptual Data Structures (CDS) -- für persönliche Wissens-Schnipsel (knowledge cues) vorgestellt. Anschließend werden Prototypen von neuartigen Werkzeugen vorgestellt, welche das CDS-Modell verwenden. Abschließen werden die Modelle und Werkzeuge wissenschaftlich evaluiert.Dissertation an der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften am Karlsruher Institut für Technologie.
