Written across a year of recursive editing and multilingual synthesis, the text combines autobiographical reflections with fictional constitutional architecture, philosophical maxims, and an extensive Neo-Latin Glossarium Latinitatis designed to expand Latin into modern technological and psychological domains.

The work moves through declarations, transmissions, constitutional articles, juridical formulas, and lexical addenda, treating language not merely as expression, but as infrastructure.

Rather than imagining a distant utopia, Pax Frigida asks a different question:
