Narcissism

This book was created from my knowledge of psycho-education and personal experience in dealing with a narcissistic mother, boyfriend and finally ex-husband. I realize that I would only continue on the same path unless I changed. I healed from my personal experience and I have helped numerous people to do the same. This book illustrates what is narcissism because to beat it, you must understand it. Then we go over what happens to you on an emotional, physical, mental and spiritual level when you are victim of a narcissist whether it is a parent, family member, boss or colleague or spouse. The main part of the book focuses on recovery, healing and then moving past the abuse and flourishing. Finding joy, peace and freedom to be who you are, loving yourself and being happy.

I am confident these 12 steps will help you rebuild what was broken or was never really there and rebuild a solid base for you to stand on. The program is built so you can go at your own speed, everything you need is here. After the 12 steps section, I go over how to deal with a narcissist you cannot cut off completely from your life and how to deal with custody issues with a narcissist.

Sonya Roy is a metaphysical lecturer, holistic healer, teacher, spiritual mentor and advisor and author of numerous books including the Tinay warrior Princess series. She teaches and shares her knowledge through workshops, conferences around the world. She has been sharing her wisdom all over the world and Created the Wisdom School of Spiritual Transformation. She has strived to produce bilingual manuals for all levels of Usui Tibetan Reiki Teachers.
