Success isn't found. It's designed.
Most financial advisors don't stall for lack of talent or effort. They stall because the habits that built their first book of business quietly become the ceiling on the next one. Meetings without structure. Follow-up that stays in touch but never connects. A pipeline that runs on chance. Discounts offered in a moment of doubt. A practice that only works while the founder is in the room.
Mission: Architect is the third book in the Mission Series, and the one written for advisors themselves. Kevin Berwald and John A. Kailunas II bring a combined eight decades in financial services to it, from building advisory firms and coaching producers through plateaus to developing the leaders who come after them.
The idea at its center is simple. A seller chases the next sale. An architect designs a practice where good outcomes happen on purpose, and builds a business that still runs, and still has value, when the founder steps back.
Inside you'll find:
The Seven Pitfalls
Who it's for: new advisors who want to build it right from day one, established producers who've hit a ceiling they can't name, firm owners thinking about leadership and succession, and anyone responsible for developing the next generation of financial professionals.
