Ainsi le Prophète (PSL) a dit : « Celui qui retient par cœur les dix premiers versets de la sourate "Al-Kahf" (La caverne) sera préservé de l’Antéchrist. » [Muslim] Il dit aussi : « Réciter la sourate Tabâraka (La royauté : 67) préserve des supplices de la tombe. » [Al-Hâkim et Abû Nu‘aym]. Et le Prophète (PSL) ne s’endormait pas avant d’avoir récité les sourates La Prosternation et la Royauté. » [At-tirmidhî.] Le présent livre renferme des sourates dont la lecture a été recommandée par le Prophète (PSL) en raison de leurs vertus mondaines et eschatologiques.
