Aber die Gesellschaft ist einer ständigen Veränderung über Generationen hinaus unterworfen. Und dieser Prozess beeinflusst auch Familienangehörige und Kinder türkischer Einwanderer. INNLÄNDER versucht Klischees, alte Überzeugungen und Unwissenheit durch einen aktiven Dialog zwischen den Parteien abzubauen. Eine realistische Darstellung der Atmosphäre während des Dialogs mit den Protagonisten wird durch die Kombination von Foto, Audio und Text aufgebaut. Indem nur Fragmente von Situationen während des Interviews erarbeitet werden, kann ein Prozess der Assoziation und Konnotation beim Zuschauer erweckt werden. Durch die Visualisierung der Beziehung zwischen dem Ort Telfs, den Protagonisten, und des Künstlers als Vermittler und Interviewer, soll der Zuschauer angeregt werden, seine bisherigen Standpunkten zu hinterfragen und zu dekonstruieren, um eine Grundlage für einen fruchtbaren Dialog zwischen den Parteien in Zukunft zu ermöglichen.
