I Want to Be Touched

Wanting touch can be simple. Receiving it often is not.

The body may long for closeness and protect against it at the same time. It may say yes from hope and no from memory. It may freeze, perform, please, manage, disappear, or call itself fine while every part of it is working overtime.

I Want to Be Touched is a guided return to the body as a living conversation, not a problem to fix or a project to optimize.

Across seven days, Camilla Wellton guides you through coming back to your body, discovering what safety actually feels like, learning the language of sensation, honoring your yes and your no, noticing the effort of being "fine," letting pleasure be simple, and entering touch without abandoning yourself.

This is not a book about becoming sexually confident on command. It is much more intimate than that. It is about rebuilding trust with your own sensations; to notice the difference between performance and presence, availability and consent, pressure and desire, touch that happens to you and touch you can receive from within yourself.

It is a guided sensual experience. Part reading, part writing, part listening, part drawing, and part embodied practice. This is not another self-help project to improve managing yourself. 

It is a seven day guided journey for when you understand yourself intellectually, but still tense when touch and intimacy are offered.

This is about sensual trust. Not forcing yourself to open. Learning what helps your body stop guarding against contact.

Seven days to begin learning what safety actually feels like in your body so you can stop overriding yourself, stop performing calm, and feel more alive inside your own skin.

You won't be asked to become more confident.

You'll be invited to notice what happens before you go tight. You won't be told to push past yourself. You'll be shown what helps your body receive without disappearing.

The journey also includes an audio guided imaginal practice to be done after the 7 days for deeper integration as well as one longer guided audio practice you can experience anytime you need a gentle dose of sensual nervous system regulation.
