This book is published by the Shanghai Medical Emergency Center in response to the National Health Commission's call to "enhance emergency and first aid capabilities" as part of the "Five Major Centers" initiative (covering chest pain, stroke, trauma, high-risk maternal care, and high-risk child and neonatal care). Based on a detailed analysis of the spectrum of critical illnesses and conditions encountered in pre-hospital emergency care, it systematically organizes teaching content into four modules: cardiopulmonary resuscitation, trauma first aid, common acute medical conditions, and accidental injuries, comprising a total of 14 carefully designed lessons. The book also includes appendices with 15 types of quick-reference cards for emergency procedures. It can serve as a training manual for various first responders in daily pre-hospital emergency settings, as well as a practical reference for the general public in their daily work and lives.

本书是上海市医疗急救中心响应国家卫生健康委关于"五大中心"(胸痛中心、卒中中心、创伤中心、高危孕产妇救治中心、高危儿童和新生儿救治中心)建设中"重点提升急诊急救能力"的要求，在精细分析院前急救危急重症疾病谱的基础上，对心肺复苏、创伤急救、常见急症、意外伤害四大模块进行梳理，精心编写共计14堂课的教学内容，书后还附录15种急救处理速查卡。本书可作为日常院前急救中的各类急救响应者的培训教材，也可供广大读者朋友们在日常工作、生活中阅读参考。
