Les dispositifs antidumping s'étant généralisés ŕ travers le monde au cours du XXčme sičcle, ce livre s'intéresse ŕ la compatibilité de ces dispositifs avec les politiques de concurrence. En premier lieu, on étudie la relation existante entre le dumping et la concurrence afin d'établir si les politiques de concurrence nationales peuvent se substituer aux politiques antidumping. On montre que la pratique de dumping n'est pas nécessairement liée ŕ un défaut de concurrence et que, męme lorsque c'est le cas, l'harmonisation des politiques de concurrence nationales est insuffisante pour permettre cette substitution. Cependant, on constate que l'existence et, a fortiori, la mise en oeuvre des dispositifs antidumping causent des problčmes de concurrence. Ainsi, on étudie en second lieu l'éventuelle complémentarité des deux dispositifs réglementaires.
