Jörg Eisele arbeitet die Regelbeispielstechnik erstmals umfassend wissenschaftlich auf und ordnet sie in die vorhandenen dogmatischen Kategorien des Straftataufbaus ein. Dabei entwickelt er Lösungsvorschläge für in Wissenschaft und Praxis diskutierte Problemkonstellationen und erörtert, inwieweit sich die Regelbeispielstechnik mit den Grundsätzen des Europäischen Strafrechts vereinbaren läßt.
