Durch diese Entwicklung werden Unternehmen heute immer schneller mit Chancen und Risiken konfrontiert, welche es für die IT-Governance der Unternehmen zu berücksichtigen gilt. Damit einher geht auch die Frage einer juristischen Bewertung dieser Technologie und der damit verbundenen Rahmenbedingungen und Risiken.
