This book proposes a constitutionally rooted solution: a Convention of Counties-a grassroots-driven assembly where delegates from counties within a state convene to restore county voices in their state senate, modeling the U.S. Senate. By redrawing state senate districts along county lines or clusters, will ensure that counties have a similar voice in state policy, just the same as states have a voice in national policy, through equal representation in the U.S. Senate. These changes will repurpose an underutilized resource much as NVIDIA repurposed gaming GPUs via CUDA to ignite the AI revolution. Counties, long confined to administrative "niche" duties, hold untapped potential to supercharge representative democracy.
