Das Bier-Comment des Dresdener S.-C. erschien ca. 1899 und beschreibt das Vor- und Nachtrinken, den Bierskandal, das Wiedererlangen der Bierehre, das Biergericht bis hin zur Bierkrankheit. Der Bier-Comment dient üblicherweise der besseren Ordnung und zur Hebung der Gemütlichkeit, zur Festlegung der Bierrechte, also der nach dem Bier-Comment geregelten Rechte der einzelnen Corona-Mitglieder, und hat überall dort Gültigkeit, wo drei bierehrliche, also sich dem jeweiligen Comment unterwerfende Korporierte, darunter mindestens ein Bursche, zum Genuss commentgemäßer Stoffe beisammen sind. SC-Biercomments entstanden seit der ersten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts als Persiflage auf die Paukbestimmungen der SC-Comments. Ihre Abfassung und Überarbeitung wurde mit dem gleichen Aufwand betrieben wie die Regelung des Paukwesens und oblag in der Regel einer vom SC eingesetzten Kommission. Viele Comments wurden im Druck veröffentlicht.§Nachdruck der Originalausgabe von ca. 1899.
