Asherah

A relentless, unending rainstorm has settled over the region, swelling rivers and pushing an entire town toward disaster. Historical researcher Marie Corintho is drawn into the chaos when she uncovers a century‑old mystery hidden within the decaying journals of a once‑prominent family. The writings hint at something impossible - a creature born from human desperation, created to summon the rain and bound to the town's darkest history.

As Marie digs deeper, she reluctantly joins forces with Gavin Rossiter, an investigative journalist whose skepticism fades as the clues grow more disturbing. Together they trace the origins of the beast through forgotten archives, abandoned homesteads, and the rising floodwaters that threaten to erase the town entirely. Every discovery pulls them further into a web of secrets that the family has protected for generations, even as the storm grows more violent.

When the rain intensifies into a catastrophic 500‑year flood, the truth they've uncovered becomes terrifyingly real. The creature long buried in myth is stirring, awakened by the deluge, and those who once controlled it will stop at nothing to keep their legacy intact. Marie and Gavin must confront a horror that blurs the line between folklore and reality, racing against time, water, and a monster born of the past.

Asherah is a tense, atmospheric thriller about courage, legacy, and the dangerous cost of keeping history buried.
