Anthropologie

Anthropologie ist ein Brennpunkt gegenwärtigen wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens in verschiedenen Disziplinen, insbesondere in Philosophie und Theologie. Fragen von Normativität und Geltung kreisen um sie als möglichen Begründungshorizont, etwa im Sinne einer "Anthropologie statt Metaphysik" oder um erkenntnistheoretische Fragen in Form einer "Anthropologie der Theorie". Anthropologie war auch ein Kernthema der Reformation. Luthers Schrift "Von der Freiheit eines Christenmenschen" wie seine Disputationen verraten eine neue Sicht auf den Menschen, in der sich seine theologischen Einsichten bündeln. Im 500. Jahr der Reformation wird mit den Überlegungen zur Anthropologie mit Beiträgen von Thomas Krüger, Samuel Vollenweider, Albrecht Beutel, Michael Moxter und Michael Welker sowie einer Einleitung von Walter Sparn ein ureigenes Thema reformatorischer Theologie aufgenommen. [Marburg Annual Book Theology XXIX] Anthropology has become a focus of contemporary scientific research in several academic fields, especially philosophy and theology. Questions of normativity and validity circle around a possible justification for an "anthropology instead of metaphysics", as well as for epistemological questions in the form of an "anthropology of theory". Anthropology has also been a major issue of Protestant Reformation. Luther's treatise "On the Freedom of a Christian", as well as his disputations, reveal a new insight into the human condition, as a central point of his theological awareness. In the year of the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation this key issue of reformatory theology will be raised in contributions by Thomas Krüger, Samuel Vollenweider, Albrecht Beutel, Michael Moxter and Michael Welker (introduction by Walter Sparn).
