And something no other book in this category gives you: the principles in this work have been formalized in a separate document, the Hybrid Workforce Standard, openly published under a Creative Commons license at hybridwf.com. Twenty-seven citable clauses, available in English and Spanish, free for anyone-including the author's competitors.

You will also find something unusual in this genre: clearly declared limitations. The Standard is a proposal awaiting ratification by an independent council that does not yet exist, and the book says so on the first page instead of hiding it. An instrument that declares what it cannot prove is more useful than one that promises certainty.
