林牧晨， 男， 1948年（ 民国37年） 生于苏州， 1951年后定居上海。
1965年初中毕业， 进厂当工人。66年参与成立民间组织等活动，
68年被拘留关押半年。此后在多次政治运动中被批斗， 定为"敌性
内处"。79年获平反。
1978年冬， 投入民主运动， 组织集会、主编民刊。79年夏开始被拘
审、监视、跟踪。81年10月被拘捕， 在大丰劳教农场羁留4年。回
沪后辞职离厂， 游历各地， 从事多种职业， 并再度参与民主运动。期
间依然被跟踪、监视、绑架、传讯、关押， 及干涉谋职。
1994年5月获准赴美， 在机场被拦截， 秘密关押50天后驱离中国。
到美国后从事过多种职业。业余参与民运活动， 曾为【中国之春】编
辑， 及【联合】、【老百姓】杂志与【自由中华网】主编。曾参与成
立"中国社会民主党"等组织。至今仍为民间组织"中国民主教育基
金会"理事、"中国民主联合阵线"理事、"中华民国光复大陆工作
委员会"成员、"中华民会"会长。
1967年春开始写诗， 诗稿大多已流失。此选集所收习作皆曾公开发
